The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it.

What this Privacy Policy Covers This Privacy Policy covers Gambling Golfer LLC’s treatment of personally identifiable information that Gambling Golfer LLC collects when you Golf, and when use the Gambling Golfer app. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Gambling Golfer LLC does not own or control, or to people that Gambling Golfer LLC does not employ or manage. 

Anonymous information refers to data that cannot be tied back to a specific individual. For example, Gambling Golfer LLC collects some information each time a visitor comes to a Gambling Golfer LLC sites so we can improve the overall quality of the visitor’s online experience. Gambling Golfer LLC collects the visitor’s IP address, referral data, and browser and platform type. Gambling Golfer LLC collects this user information for purposes of product monitoring, product improvement, and to aid future development decisions. When you register to play, Gambling Golfer LLC collects your phone numbers so that we may create your account and communicate with you about product features, special offers, product updates and other communications.  In the event you want to opt-out of Gambling Golfer LLC communications, you can do so at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe links located within each Gambling Golfer LLC communications.  In other cases, Gambling Golfer LLC may ask you to optionally provide other personal information, including your name, physical address, age and gender.  This information is optional, and you are not required to provide it in order to use the app.    

The Gambling Golfer app may allow access to, or make available opportunities for you to view, and/or receive, certain content, products, services, information and other materials based, in whole or in part, upon your location (“Location Based Content”). In order to make Location Based Content available to you, the app will determine your location using one or more points of data, reference and/or information associated with, among other things, the device you use to access and use the Services (a “Device”), including, without limitation, GPS, beacons, device software/features/services and other points of data, reference and information. If you have set your device to disable GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi or other location determining or assisting software, features or services, or do not authorize the Services to access your location data, the Services may not be able to determine your location and you may not be able to access, view and/or receive Location Based Content.

 HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations. We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on next to each purpose listed below.  We use the information we collect or receive:

• To facilitate account creation and logon process. If you choose to link your account with us to a third party account (such as your Google or Facebook account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process for the performance of the contract. • To send you marketing and promotional communications.We and/or our third party marketing partners may use the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt-out of our marketing emails at any time (see the “WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS” below).
• To send administrative information to you.We may use your personal information to send you product, service and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
• To post testimonials. We post testimonials on our App that may contain personal information. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name and testimonial. If you wish to update, or delete your testimonial, please contact us at [email protected] and be sure to include your name, testimonial location, and contact information.
• Deliver targeted advertising to you.We may use your information to develop and display content and advertising (and work with third parties who do so) tailored to your interests and/or location and to measure its effectiveness.
• Request Feedback. We may use your information to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our App.
• To enforce our terms, conditions and policies for Business Purposes, Legal Reasons and Contractual.
• To respond to legal requests and prevent harm. If we receive a subpoena or other legal request, we may need to inspect the data we hold to determine how to respond.
• To manage user accounts. We may use your information for the purposes of managing our account and keeping it in working order.
• To deliver services to the user.We may use your information to provide you with the requested service.
• To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We may use your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the use of our Services.
• For other Business Purposes. We may use your information for other Business Purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our App, products, marketing and your experience. We may use and store this information in aggregated and anonymized form so that it is not associated with individual end users and does not include personal information. We will not use identifiable personal information without your consent.

Information Sharing and Disclosure. Gambling Golfer LLC will not disclose your personal information to third parties except in the following circumstances: We may disclose personally identifiable information in response to legal process, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency’s request, or where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, or as otherwise required by law; We may transfer information about you if we are acquired by or merged with another company or in the unlikely event that Gambling Golfer LLC is dissolved; We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested; We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Gambling Golfer LLC to provide a product or service to you. Review, Correction of Your Information and Requesting Removal from Mailing Lists and Deactivating Your Account.  If for any reason you are concerned that the personal information maintained by Gambling Golfer LLC is not correct, or should you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please unsubscribe from any email received from Gambling Golfer LLC. In doing so, you will ensure that you receive no further email communications from Gambling Golfer LLC.  We may still retain your information in our files however, to resolve disputes, enforce our user agreement, and due to technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of our websites.
