End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Press Golf App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Press Golf App application (the "App") on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the applicable app store terms (Apple App Store or Google Play).

2. Description of the App

The App is a tool for organizing and tracking golf games and friendly side games among players. It supports game formats including Wolf, Nassau, Skins, Banker, Snake, Quota, 9 Point, and Match/Stroke Play, and provides scorekeeping, group management, and settlement-tracking features. The App helps participants record the games they agree to play and keep track of the resulting points or amounts among players.

3. Scorekeeping and Compliance

The App is a scorekeeping and record-tracking tool only. It does not host, facilitate, process, or accept any form of payment, and it is not a money-transmission service. Any side games tracked in the App are private arrangements made directly between players. Press Golf App is not a party to those arrangements and assumes no responsibility for them.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any activity you engage in through or alongside the App is lawful in your jurisdiction. Laws vary by location, and you must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. If any such activity is unlawful where you are, do not use the App for that purpose.

4. No In-App Payments

The App is a record-keeping tool only. It does not process, collect, transfer, or hold money of any kind, and no payment for any side game is made through the App. The App simply tracks the scores, points, and amounts that players agree to among themselves.

Any settling up between players happens entirely outside of the App, directly between the individuals involved. Such payment is not required or expected, and Press Golf App neither facilitates nor monitors it. Press Golf App is not a party to any arrangement between players and is not responsible for whether or how any amounts are paid.

5. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the App. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

6. User Accounts and Conduct

To use certain features you may need to provide a name and email address and may be added to the Press Golf App user database so that other players can invite you to games. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or the servers and networks that support it;
• Use the App to harass, defraud, or harm other users.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logos, graphics, game logic, and content, is owned by Press Golf App and protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the App. The Press Golf name and logo are marks of Press Golf App and may not be used without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Press Golf App does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that score and game calculations will be free from errors. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of scores and settlements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Press Golf App and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, money, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the App — including any disputes over scores, points, or settlements between players. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

10. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will end automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Press Golf App may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.

11. Changes to This Agreement

Press Golf App may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence.
